Consent to the processing of personal data

Version 2026-10-01 of October 1, 2026

By ticking the consent box in a form on ikigai-master.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Ikigai Master team (contact: hi@ikigai-master.com), the "Operator", my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

Purpose: to email me a PDF of my ikigai circle and to record that I gave my consent.

Personal data: my email address, the time and version of my consent, and the text I wrote in the circles (it is included in the PDF).

Actions with the data: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access) to the processors below, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.

Processors acting on the Operator's instructions: a hosting provider (data storage) and an email delivery provider (sending the email with the PDF).

Cross-border transfer: I agree that my data may be transferred to Germany and the United States for this purpose.

The data is not made public.

Valid: until I withdraw it.

Withdrawal: I can withdraw this consent by writing to hi@ikigai-master.com. The Operator will then stop processing and destroy the data within the time set by law, unless there is another legal ground to keep it.
